The Land of CAN

Arriving in Canada in 1975, Joe became increasingly amazed at the quality of life that could be achieved in this country.

He immediately began to learn every aspect of the home building industry, working in every position in order to learn in the field and obtain a full grasp of the market.

He then started Canland Homes LTD. in 1993. His goal was to become Edmonton's most reliable source for unfaltering quality, consistency, and innovation. 

He decided to call it Canland Homes after the country that he fell in love with. A country he referred to as, The Land of CAN.
